Enerin's engineers are compulsive heat pump designers. They stand out as being exceptional in inventing, building and perfecting heat pump technologies with a proven track-record in industrial energy efficiency projects.
The twelve staff members have more than a century of collective experience in engineering, business, thermal energy systems, truck engine production, production ramp-up, material science, software engineering and communication.

Enerin is a group of highly skilled professionals with extensive experience from industry, energy technology and in the design and operation of heating and cooling systems, including industrial heat pumps with best efficiency gains.

STORY
Eighteen years ago our CEO, Arne Høeg, developed what was then probably one of the world’s first industrial heat pumps based on the Stirling principle. This was at a time of cheap energy and little interest in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
He discovered that it was just as important to optimise the energy flows in factories as it was to use heat pumps to produce heat.
Arne went on to design many heat pumps with fellow engineers for well-known companies, including Enerin AS, which was founded in 2018. Enerin targets the energy consumption of factories through the intelligent use of thermal heat.
The company name comes from the Energy Engineers in Norwegian – ENERgi-INgeniørene – first it was Trond Atle-Asphjell and then Arne Høeg.
The engineering team grew with many contributing to the HoegTemp today – Jan Kvalem made a big impact with a new layout. We are now twelve – many of whom have moved from fossil to green – we live energy.

VISION
We see our HoegTemp as being central to the electrification and clean energy transition of the world, creating jobs for developers, distributors, planning and installation specialists. We plan to produce 100% in Europe.
We will be integrated across multiple industrial processing sectors and the built environment, including tall buildings with central heating and commercial applications – where heating & cooling are needed.
We offer the same flexibility as fossil fuel boilers, and plan to be more price-competitive than electric and gas boilers.
We see companies being able to afford the HoegTemp, due to our scale-up strategy. We believe in building bridges to alleviate energy poverty.
Those companies that have exposure to CO2 emissions’ quota caps, through the Emissions Trading System, will mitigate their risk and increase their profits by using Enerin’s solutions.
