Enerin AS announces the appointment of its Board of Directors who met for the first time at the Enerin headquarters in Asker, Norway in April, 2024.

Enerin CEO and partner, Arne Høeg, Enerin COO and partner, Trond-Atle Asphjell, and Enerin CFO and partner, Kjartan Strand, are pleased to appoint three experienced renewable energy professionals to direct and advise the company in its ambitions to supply a significant share of the world energy market to decarbonize and upgrade industrial heat for intensive manufacturing.

The three Board Members are Raymond Carlsen, former CEO of global renewable energy producer Scatec, formerly Scatec Solar, who has 30 years experience as a business leader in Norwegian industry, including renewables; Hilde Landsem, Executive Vice-President, Energy Management at Aneo AS, with a focus on profitable energy transition; and Trude Haugsvaer Verling, Business Developer at Eviny AS, Innovation, which is one of Norway’s biggest renewable energy and technology companies specializing in the distribution of green energy.

Enerin CEO, Arne Høeg, said that it was an achievement to have secured three knowledgeable energy experts to its Board.

The company was drawn to these candidates because of their combined experience and differing inter-sector knowledge of the energy industry and the challenges involved with the deployment of reliable, hybrid renewable solutions in the age of AI.
